9 Day Rental beginning Sunday April 29, 2018.

To Who It May Concern

My agreement with Alamo stated that my wife was entitled to drive the vehicle without an additional charge. The desk person

at the airport would not give her permission unless I agreed to

pay and additional $ 10.20 a day. Even after I showed them the

agreement, they would not comply. We did not pay the additional amount and subsequently she did not drive the car that week.

I called several times and was told they would issue a credit for

the inconvenience (approx. $ 90.00). To this date I have not received any notice or explanation for the delay. Could you please

look into this matter and let me know what's going on. As you can see this has taken a long time. I do not think is right to be blown

off this way. I have used Alamo in the past and did not have any

problems like this.
