Alamo - Very poor customer service

I made a reservation, for a suburban, for a trip i was planning.
I received two emails five minutes apart with the same confirmation number and I checked my credit card on line. I was billed twice.
I called Alamo to question emails and my billing. The employee said..you will need to take it up with your bank..WHAT ? Alamo sent the emails..so i took it up with them by canceling...I was still dinged on my card 50 dollars cancel fee.
I will never use them again.
I think that their customer service and attitude are extremely poor. After reading numerous bad reviews I was sorry I went to them for a rental.
