On Feb 22, 2019; I submitted a letter to Enterprise Holding Incorporated (EHI) regarding the adjust made but not receiving the refunded amount. I called every day.
No one wanted to assist me was told every call for over ten times THE MANAGER AT THE JACKSONVILLE AIRPORT would be giving me a return call or had made several attempts to contact me. I am returning back to Jacksonville soon and am interested to see how they will respond to me FACE TO FACE.
I still am PIST and have nothing good to say to the consumer who rents from them. BUYER BEWARE.
