Called was on hold for 34 min needed to upgrade to a bigger car and the one we had one of the seats was broken and jammed and wouldn’t fold down I called and the sales rep said a manager would need to contact me later that day and she couldn’t help me I waited all day had to call back again the next day to be on hold for another 45 min and the manager couldn’t even accommodate me offered no remorse at all or even a discount for my troubles. Very displeased!
